Treatment:

Some one wakes up to blinking alarm, gets out of bed and gets ready for jogging, listens to radio about stalker warning. Grabs headphones and Walkman and goes jogging, Car seems to be following jogger very intense, car turns into driveway, and delivers newspaper. A sigh of relief, keeps jogging sees another car the same, but different looks like its delivering papers, normal casual, drives by jogger, next shot, walkman and headphones on ground

Setting: Dark room with a subject sleeping in a bed. Time is about 5:30 AM.

The Opening Camera Shot is: Low shot directly across from the man sleeping in a bed, in the view is a bedside table with a digital alarm clock on it, a lamp that is off and a book.

The Clock numbers move from 5:29 to 5:30 and the alarm goes off. Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep.

One eye of the guy sleeping opens. And he slowly moves his hand to turn off the alarm.

He rolls over with a sigh.

Above the bed looking down on Guy in the bed.

The Guy sitting on bed, stretching for the first time in the morning.

In Bathroom from behind guy looking over the shoulder into the mirror, the guy washing his face brushing his teeth, combing his hair. The guy is in boxer shorts; the shot is pulled out to a wide full-length shot of guy in bathroom.

Cut to next shot: Guy getting dressed in the bedroom. Camera is high above looking down and slowly arcs down to shoulder level as the guy gets dressed.

Cut to next shot: getting a walkman out of a dresser drawer, then fumbles through a stack of tapes, picking out 2 of them. One goes in the Walkman, the other into a fanny pack.

Cut to next shot: In Kitchen getting water bottle out of fridge. Room is quite dark; most of the light comes from the refrigerator.

Cut to next shot: Hand in refrigerator digging around for some fruit, finds some.

Cut to next shot: Guy set to go jogging, goes to door and opens it.

Cut to next shot: Guy walking out the door. Camera is now out side the door looking in and the guy shuts the door and walks to the steps to start warming up. Bending and stretching. The camera is now roto scoping around guy at shoulders level, then pulls back, way back as the guy starts to jog down the walkway to the sidewalk.

Cut to next shot: Across the street camera is following the jogger as he gets to a street corner and turns.

Cut to next shot: A wide shit of the street, the jogger, and then the station wagon slowly drives in.

Cut to next shot: Camera is now following the jogger close, Camera is now the stalkers point of view (as seen through thru eyes of a stalker.)

Cut to next shot: View of jogger from station wagons window, front seat. Slowly following jogger.

Cut to next shot: Jogger stops, Roto scooping of Jogger standing still watching the car go by.

Cut to next shot: Car pulls in drive way right in front of jogger. Camera view is from the jogger looking at the car. Then camera pulls back, to show jogger and car. Music is intense at this point. Man I Car roll’s down the window and trough’s a news paper at the house.

Cut to next shot: This shot is inserted in last shot. Joggers face with fear. From a semi wide shot to a close up very fast. Music follows shot and stops at close up. ( only hear the motor running and some early morning birds)

Cut to next shot: The Car backing out of drive way, and driving on down a few houses and pulling in again and throwing a news paper. The shot is slowly zooming out from behind jogger who is standing still.

Cut to next shot: The Jogger jogging again, shot is from high above, and slow tilt to follow him to a corner.

Cut to next shot: Camera is now right behind jogger following him, big trees line the street at this point, big tree trunks, he passes one after another,

Cut to next shot: looking down from right above jogger, jogger is running, and changing the tape in walk man, looks up, and almost runs into car in drive way.

Cut to next shot: side view of jogger almost running into car, but catches himself at the last second, show him startled, and stopping.

Cut to next shot: Car again pulling out of drive way and driving off down the street, this time fast, like he is pissed off.

Cut to next shot: Camera is following jogger again, this time the camera is in front of jogger slightly above, as jogger comes near, you see him fiddling with the walk man again.

Cut to next shot: View point is from the jogger looking down at the walk man in his hands fumbling with it, camera pans up quickly to see.

Cut to: Insert Black frames.

Cut to next shot: Walkman lying on the ground with headphones and cord tangled up, The sound of some heavy metal music is playing out of the head phones. The cameras shot is from above and is zoomed in, and slowly zooms out to show the walkman lying on the side walk.

Cut to next shot: a Lone desolate street in the early morning, something light blows down the street. ( a tissue or a plastic bag, ect.) the camera move in a upward arc from eye level to high above.
